Testing of Laminated Toroids

Laminated Toroids can be tested at DC and AC frequencies. Ferrites India provides testing for extensive varieties of toroid sizes, frequencies and properties.

The HLT can take measurements on samples With coercivities as low as mA/cm. Fig. shows DC Hysteresis Loop of Vitrovac sample having coercivity in the range of 1.6 mA/cm.

The squareness of the loop as low as 1.007 can be measured. Fig. show DC and 50Hz measurements of ultra soft materials with Br Value.

Relative Permeability as high as 3,00,000 lacs
can be measured with this instrument

Accurate measurements of watt-loss at desired flux densities. Watt-loss as low as 0.01Watts/kg can be measured
on the HLT machine.

DC Field of testing can be as low as 0.1Oe FS to as large as 400Oe FS.
