Demagnetizes the magnets in single shot
Operating Features: The impulse demagnetizer operates on the principle of capacitive discharge.
The unit is connected to a matching coil which generates high amplitude decaying field. Since the stored energy is used in a single shot the power consumed by the unit is extremely low.
Typically in one impulse the demagnetizer presently offered demagnetizes say 50 magnets ( 12 X 12 X 15 mm). It operates say 20 times per minute demagnetizing about 1000 magnets per minute and consumes approximately .05 (kwh) units of power.
Besides the demagnetizing coil would not require special water cooling. |
